There’s something about a good old chilli, when eaten on a cold autumn night. It’s one of my comfort foods, and when I make it myself I know exactly what goes into it, so know it’s reasonably healthy. With Alex away recently, I decided to take the opportunity to try a type of chilli I’d never tried before. Bean.
