A standard cup of coffee just wasn’t going to cut it for international coffee day this year – THE coffee day when you have the excuse (if you need one) to indulge those caffeine cravings with something fancy. Don’t get me wrong, you cant beat a perfectly brewed flat white with creamy milk poured into the mug to create a pretty pattern on a regular day. Bottomless Brunch. The weekend plan which has become THE thing to do with a Saturday/Sunday, so much so that even restaurants you wouldn’t expect to offer a brunch menu, like Shackfuyu has jumped on the bandwagon. Shakshuka. Something I didn’t even know existed until a year ago when I ventured to NOPI, one of Ottolenghi’s restaurants for brunch and wanted to order something completely different, something he was well known for.
