A healthy take on the classic. Perfect for a mid-week treat, or a quick pudding for when you have unexpected guests
Put two strawberries aside for presentation. Remove the heads from the remaining strawberries and chop into small pieces.
Roughly crush the meringue nests and leave to the side.
Split half of the chopped strawberries between two dessert dishes. Add a spoonful of yoghurt and a handful of crushed meringue to each.
Repeat step 3 with the remaining strawberries, yoghurt and meringue, layering up the ingredients in the dish.
Top with a drizzle of strawberry sauce (optional) and the whole strawberries for presentation.
