Weekend mornings. Always a debate as to whether to use them for a lie in to catch-up on sleep or get up at about the same time and make the most of the day. For me, it’s always a mix. I like to get up early one morning and have a little lie in the other. On my early morning, gym is always top of my priority list. January – the month that we’re made to feel like fat hippos after indulging over Christmas. It’s not helped by all the gym, nutrient and food companies pushing their healthy products at you, and making you feel worse – Do this for 30 days and look like this, take that for a month and feel fantastic. This week I tried HulaFit for the first time, something I would never have thought I’d have been doing on a Monday evening, not being very good at keeping the hoop up, which is the main part right? To be completely honest my friend Lucy, who came with me, made me take the opportunity to try HulaFit. I love a group night out. An evening to have fun with your friends, laugh lots, and do something you enjoy. But it doesn’t always have to mean drinking right? I recently got invited along to the Megamix games by Maximise, and got to invite 5 of my friends along too for an evening of fun and games. And fun it was!
